Zinc Chloride Solution
Zinc Chloride is a chemical compound with chemical formula ZnCl2 . It is a Deliquescent Salt that forms acidic solution in water. Zinc Chloride Solution is a clear colourless solution with slight chlorine odour.

Leveling flux is a mixture of more pure quality zinc chloride solution and ammonium Chloride with some special additives which make this flux more expensive than others.

This can be used to increase the Baume (Be) or Specific Gravity of the Flux Bath in between the Galvanizing process which increases the life of Galvanizing Pre Flux.

It is also used in other assembling operations like Tube –milling, Tube end dipping, core –baking and other processes for automotive radiators and heater cores.
